Poinciana Gardens is a none-profit Key West senior living community. There are several floor plans that include both studios and one-bedroom units as well as an assisted leaving floor with 58 beds. Amenities include community garden, games, arts and craft, social outings, community events, amongst many others. Both market rate as well as affordable units are available.  Government subsidies like Medicaid, Veterans Aid and Attendance benefits, long term care insurance, among others, are welcome.
