THE FOUR WINDS IS A PRIVATE-PUBLIC PROJECT BETWEEN FOUR WINDS, LLC AND THE CITY OF GUAYNABO

Thanks to the efforts and initiative of the mayor of Guaynabo The Four Winds has been approved to provide our veterans with affordable housing, access to medical services and independent living.

The project will provide a community for retired people with active and passive programs aimed at improving the quality and lifestyles of our veterans.

This project will be developed in two phases.  The first phase will comprise 60 private units for independent seniors and 140 assisted living units.  The second phase will include 48 memory care and 92 assisted living units.

The project will provide many amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, commercial kitchen, several dining areas and a robust calendar of activities. 

The project will cater to Veterans and families as well as private pay clients. 

Construction will be done by leaders in the hospitality sector, Estel Ingeniería y Obras, who have built over 1,000 hotels and residences worldwide.

The development team includes experienced housing developers with a track record of more than $400 million worth of housing and hospitality projects in Guaynabo City.

Ma Senior living will assist in the development of the project and will manage it once construction is completed
